If you would like to have payments automatically processed, you can submit this form. Other payment options include check, cash, money order, payment through this website. 

I authorize regularly scheduled charges to my credit/debit card by Lost Lake Property Owners Association (LLPOA). I understand:
 

- I will be charged the amount indicated below on the date shown. If this date falls on Fri, Sat, Sun, or a holiday, it will be processed the next business day.

- No prior notification will be required by LLPOA.

- LLPOA will attempt to process the card over two (2) consecutive days. If the transaction continues to be denied, I will be responsible for any late fees and will contact the Office regarding payment.

- No additional charges, including excess water usage, fines, etc., will be charged without my consent given to the Office Manager. Finance/late fees will be charged per LLPOA policies.

- I will be responsible for any additional fees, including processing fees, chargeback fees, etc.

- To make any changes to this agreement, I will notify the Office at least 5 days prior to the charge day.

- It is my responsibility to contact the Office if my card information changes or needs to be updated

- I am an authorized user of this Credit/Debit card and will not dispute these scheduled transactions so long as they correspond to the terms indicated below.
